Israel: Mission Accomplished…With A Little Help From Its Friend

By John Fredericks

WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Trump sensed extreme weakness in Iran’s retaliatory capability, brought on by Israel’s relentless airstrikes and the collapse of their terrorist proxies in Syria, Gaza, Lebanon, and Yemen.

Trump’s bold and decisive action Saturday night to obliterate Iran’s ability to construct and deploy nuclear warheads has most likely succeeded in finally eradicating this threat.

U.S. officials said the strikes “obliterated” Iran’s main nuclear sites using 14 bunker-buster bombs, more than two dozen Tomahawk missiles, and over 125 military aircraft.

The strikes mark a dramatic probability that Iran’s nuclear bomb threat may have finally come to an end.

You can thank the state of Israel and President Trump for that.

In a White House address Saturday night at 10:00 PM EST, President Trump said he seeks immediate peace with Iran and does not want further bombing raids. Like always, he didn’t hesitate to say he was prepared to go much further to protect American interests and lives should they be threatened.

However, some have reported that satellite images of 16 large Iranian trucks deployed to the Fordo nuclear site prior to the U.S. strike may have served as a transfer of some uranium. This is unconfirmed, but buttressed by the fact that no uranium leaks have been reported as of yet.

Diplomacy Exhausted

Trump’s initial attempts at ending this conflict at the diplomatic table were met with resistance from Iran’s negotiators. Reports show that the White House attempted to contact Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei late last week for a final shot at a diplomatic resolution.

Wire services reported that Khamenei was in hiding and could not be reached. That development alone is stunning—it shows the Iranian regime is hanging by a thread.

The Israeli assault has wiped out any semblance of Iranian air defense, leaving the leadership of the terrorist regime virtually decapitated.

Strategic Reality

While President Trump and his team of key advisors have maintained that the U.S. has no stake in regime change, the reality on the ground in Tehran tells another story.

The IDF has crippled the Iranian civilian leadership’s ability to communicate with its populace. The IRGC is now in scattered disarray.

No additional strikes are needed by the U.S.—Israel should take it from here, and they are more than capable of doing so.

A Service to the World

In reality, Israel has done President Trump, the U.S., and the world a huge favor. No one wants to contemplate what would happen if the radical Islamists of Iran possessed nuclear warheads.

Based on its actions, Iran’s leadership represents a fanatical regime driven by warped beliefs with no regard for human life or suffering.

Many of us believe the effort to disarm Iran’s ability to hold the world hostage is being executed with divine providence. God is very much involved.

What’s Next

Tehran has vowed to defend itself. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio warned against Iranian retaliation Sunday, saying such action would be “the worst mistake they’ve ever made.” He added that the U.S. remains prepared to talk with Iran.

On Sunday, Iran threatened to close the Strait of Hormuz, which would disrupt global shipping lanes.

The ball is now in Iran’s court. They can choose peace and negotiation, or face consequences far beyond what they’ve already experienced.

Thank you, Israel.
