President Trump spoke at the Museum of the Bible today to announce the launch of “America Prays,” an invitation for Americans to pray together weekly for our country.
The announcement comes after the horrific Minneapolis shooting where two Christian children were murdered and Democrats chose to attack the idea of prayer itself.
By mocking prayer, Democrats have treated religion as something to be ridiculed. That rejection of faith goes hand-in-hand with their radical and dangerous soft-on-crime agenda, turning some of our most beautiful cities into crime-ridden hellholes by:
- Mocking prayers for victims and their families
- “Reimagining” safety allowing criminals to walk free
- Siding with criminals over victims
- Fighting for radical transgender ideologies
- Suggesting people burn flags with President Trump’s face on them
- Coddling violent criminals
- Letting crime run rampant in their cities while they sit comfortably
- Encouraging people to hunt down and dox our law enforcement officers
As President Trump said: “When faith gets weaker, our country seems to get weaker. When faith gets stronger… good things happen for our country.”
Roy Cooper & Josh Stein’s Soft-On-Crime Agenda Led To Brutal Murder
Thanks to Democrat governance in North Carolina, 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska was murdered in a brutal stabbing on a light rail train in Charlotte.
In 2020, North Carolina’s then-Attorney General Josh Stein as well as then-Governor Roy Cooper instituted a “Task Force for Racial Equity in Criminal Justice” which allowed this Charlotte attacker to be let out on the streets despite the fact that he had 13 prior arrests, including for armed robbery.
Thanks to these radical Democrats who wanted to “reimagine” safety, this innocent woman was violently killed by a criminal who should have been behind bars.
Democrat elected officials are creating unsafe “disaster” zones and sanctuaries for criminals as part of a dangerous, soft-on-crime agenda that includes:
- Dismantling gang databases
- Ending police cooperation with ICE
- Eliminating cash bail
- Amnesty for all illegal aliens
- Assaulting law enforcement officers
- Defunding the police
