Interesting that Engoron is able to ignore the decisions of the duly convened Appellate Court. No respect for our judicial system apparently, and no penalty for this disobedience. Would that work for an individual citizen, John Q Public? Could Appellate Court decisions be ignored without any penalty? If that’s true, we might as well disband the Appellate Court. If it’s not true, Engoron needs to be chastised and penalized.
