How The FBI Colluded With Twitter To Help Elect Biden Takes Center Stage On Capitol Hill

The FBI’s sustained censorship campaign primed Twitter to eliminate the Hunter Biden laptop story.

Former top Twitter executives who censored the Hunter Biden laptop story in advance of the 2020 presidential election admitted on Wednesday that it was wrong to do so.

That was their testimony during a contentious hearing conducted by the House Oversight Committee. The story published by the New York Post was accurate and the laptop’s incriminating contents were real. Its suppression by social media companies, including Twitter, may have helped Joe Biden get elected.

Reams of evidence presented at the hearing revealed how the FBI worked in concert with Twitter to kill the story. The committee subpoenaed James Baker as a key witness. He once served as general counsel for James Comey’s FBI but then joined Twitter several months before the election. Baker, you’ll recall, was instrumental in pushing the Russia collusion hoax in a lawless effort to drive Donald Trump from office.

ICYMI: “Ex-FBI agents detail ‘politicization’ of agency ahead of bombshell GOP hearing” — EXCLUSIVE!

Two former FBI agents will detail on Thursday how the bureau has become overly political before a new “weaponization” subcommittee spearheaded by House Republicans, according to a copy of testimony obtained by the Washington Examiner.

The ex-agents, Thomas J. Baker and Nicole Parker, are set to sharply criticize what they view as the FBI’s transformation into a partisan agency they say has targeted the public and their constitutional rights, testimony shows. The hearing will also feature testimony from Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI), who is ranking member of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.

“Americans have lost faith in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, an institution they once regarded as the world’s greatest law enforcement agency,” Baker said in testimony. “I spent many years with the FBI and am deeply troubled by this loss of faith. Specific lapses have come to light, many of which will be focused on by this panel. But why did they happen? What changed? The answer begins days after the 9/11 attacks with a cultural change at the bureau.”

Baker’s testimony targets former FBI Director Robert Mueller, who was notably appointed special prosecutor for the investigation into alleged Russian interference during the 2016 presidential election.
