Confronting the Chinese Communist Party and Their Invasion Across the U.S. Border

In an unprecedented violation of US sovereignty and national security, Joe Biden allowed a Chinese spy balloon to surveil sensitive American military installations. In an effort to distract and deflect from their own weakness and failures, the Biden regime has resorted to peddling disinformation.

The Biden Administration allowed the spy balloon to travel across the country, viewing sensitive military installations as it drifted along. If not for local reporting in Billings, Montana, we might have never known.[1]

Despite early knowledge of this serious breach of American sovereignty, Secretary of State Antony Blinken did not cancel his trip to meet with Chinese officials.  When coverage of the balloon’s trip began and American outrage intensified, only then did the Secretary of State reschedule his conversation with the Communist Chinese.[2]

Biden allowed the spy balloon to complete its mission of gathering intel in the United States before shooting it down.[3] A certain sign of weakness around the world.

Joe Biden’s soft-on-China policies emboldened the Chinese Communist Party to violate American sovereignty for one simple reason: Joe Biden is controlled by Xi Jinping. House Republicans have produced evidence proving the Biden family received millions of dollars from a Chinese corporation to ship American natural gas to China—under the direction of Joe Biden himself. [4]

The Biden Administration got caught putting China first and is desperately trying to claim that the same series of events happened under President Trump—a massive lie.

President Donald J. Trump: “It never happened with us under the Trump administration, and if it did, we would have shot it down immediately.” [5]

Former Secretary of State and CIA Director Mike Pompeo: “I can speak for myself: I certainly never became aware that there was a three-bus-sized floating device coming across our country for five days, either as CIA director or secretary of state [and] I’ve talked to others who are on my teams – They don’t know anything about it either.” [6]

Former Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell: “If a balloon had come up, we would have known. Someone in the intelligence community would have known, and it would have bubbled up to me to brief the president.”[5]

Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe: “I don’t remember that either because it didn’t happen.”[5]

Former Defense Secretary Mark Esper: “I don’t ever recall somebody coming into my office or reading anything that the Chinese had a surveillance balloon above the United States.”[5]

Former National Security Advisor John Bolton: “I don’t know of any balloon flights by any power over the United States during my tenure, and I’d never heard of any of that occurring before I joined in 2018.”[5]

Former White House National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien: “Unequivocally, I have never been briefed on the issue.”[5]

Former Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller: “No. Absolutely never heard of anything like that while I was in government or at the Pentagon.”[5]

Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for East Asia Heino Klinck: “I can’t rule out that things occurred that I was unaware of, but I do think something like this, I would have been aware of.”[5]

President Trump took the most serious actions of any Administration to curtail Chinese espionage in the United States. When he returns to the White House, he promises to:

Launch an aggressive new initiative to stop Chinese espionage in the United States.

Impose whatever visa sanctions and travel restrictions are necessary to shut off Chinese access to American secrets in compliance with our demands and laws.

End all Chinese imports of essential goods and replace them with products Made in America.

We must send a strong signal that America will not allow China to trample our sovereignty and illegally surveil our country.

To protect our country, President Trump will enact aggressive new restrictions on Chinese ownership of any vital infrastructure in the United States, including energy, technology, telecommunications, farmland, natural resources, medical supplies, and other strategic national assets.

President Trump will stop all future Chinese purchases in these essential industries, and stop them immediately.

President Trump will begin the process of forcing the Chinese to sell any current holdings that put our national security at risk.
